Product Overview This bread production line puts portion accuracy first: the 4P servo divider combines servo-driven cutting with a precision metering oil pump, so every piece from 20 g to 560 g is cut to weight instead of estimated by volume. Weight consistency flows through the whole line - rounding, proofing and forming all start from equal pieces, which is what makes the finished products uniform.
